Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction (recovery period) and be confirmed by brain CT or MRI; 2. Aged between 30-75 years old, with stable vital signs, clear consciousness, and no serious cognitive and communication disorders; 3. There is clear lower limb motor dysfunction, the manual muscle strength test (MMT) rating of the affected lower limb is between 2 and 4, or there are objective signs of muscle atrophy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those combined with serious primary diseases or malignant tumors such as heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system; 2. Those who suffer from impaired consciousness, severe aphasia, cognitive dysfunction or severe mental illness after cerebral infarction and are unable to cooperate with treatment and evaluation; 3. Those with joint contracture, severe osteoporosis, local skin damage and infection in the affected lower limb, or other neurological or orthopedic diseases that affect motor function.
