Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for patients with lung adenocarcinoma: (1) Confirmed as primary lung adenocarcinoma by pathology and imaging; (2) First-time diagnosis, with the patient having not undergone any chemotherapy or surgical treatment. 2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects: Normal physiological indicators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for lung adenocarcinoma patients: (1) Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys; (2) Severe autoimmune diseases; (3) History of other malignant tumors. 2. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects: (1) History of lung adenocarcinoma or other malignancies; (2) Severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, or kidneys, or other major diseases.
