Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-time medical postgraduate students (including master's and doctoral students); 2. Currently enrolled (not graduated or on leave during the survey period); 3. Voluntarily participate in the study and be able to complete the questionnaire independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-medical graduate students (such as those in management, engineering, etc.); 2. History of severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia) or serious physical illness (such as chronic pain, sleep apnea syndrome, etc., which may directly affect sleep or psychological state); 3. Incomplete questionnaire responses (key items missing >=10%) or obviously perfunctory answers (e.g., selecting the same answer for all questions).
