Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All subjects were hospitalized thoracic surgery patients: 1. Age: 60~80 years old; 2. Expected to undergo surgery for lung cancer; 3. Postoperative pathology confirmed non-small cell carcinoma (squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma); 4. The clinical stage was stage I-IIIA; 5. Able to use tele-rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment system (including with the support of family members); 6. Able to cooperate with researchers to follow up on time; 7. The expected survival time is greater than 1 month; 8. Voluntarily participate in the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. with severe cognitive impairment, hearing or visual impairment, with concurrent tumors in other parts of the body or severe systemic diseases; 2. with limited ability to participate in the intervention due to heart failure (New York Heart Association functional class III and IV), cerebrovascular diseases (such as cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, transient ischemic attack, stroke or cerebrovascular accident), walking difficulties (such as arthritis, osteoporosis, joint pain or rheumatoid arthritis), or kidney diseases (such as chronic renal failure); 3. difficult to walk even with the aid of a walking stick 4. participation in other clinical studies.
