Intervention Group:Subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin using a 4mm needle
Control group:Low molecular weight heparin was injected subcutaneously using a 12mm prefilled needle
10 s injection group:Subcutaneous bolus injection of 4000 AxaIU low molecular weight heparin sodium over 10 seconds
20 s injection group:Subcutaneous bolus injection of 4000 AxaIU low molecular weight heparin sodium over 20 seconds

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years. 2.Provision of signed informed consent (by parent or legal guardian). 3.Platelet count within the normal range prior to medication administration. 4.Normal liver and kidney function. 5.Intact abdominal skin at the injection site, with no signs of damage, scar, induration, or hyperpigmentation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with impaired consciousness or in a comatose state. 2.Patients with a history of heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT). 3.Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with the study procedures.
