Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) SGA is defined as a birth weight below the 10th percentile of the average weight for the same gestational age; (2) AGA is defined as a birth weight between the 10th and 90th percentiles of the average weight for the same gestational age; (3) Preterm infants with a gestational age of 28 - 36+6 weeks; (4) Admission to the hospital within 24 hours after birth; (5) Guardians sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who die within 12 hours after active rescue and treatment upon admission; (2) Congenital malformations, congenital genetic metabolic diseases, severe perinatal asphyxia, trauma, coagulation dysfunction; (3) Those who cannot complete VEEG, ultrasonic cerebral blood flow, cranial MRI, and NBNA scoring.
