Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed by surgery and pathology as a patient with non-small cell lung cancer; 2. Plan to remove pulmonary nodules; 3. Initial diagnosis, without any tumor related treatment; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients who have undergone bone marrow transplantation or cell transplantation; 3. There are other concurrent tumors; 4. Patients with tumor recurrence; 5. Patients who have received allogeneic blood transfusions within 6 months.
