Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women in the early stage of pregnancy (<=14 weeks); 2. Singleton pregnancy 3. The psychological scores in the early stage of pregnancy (PHQ-9 and GAD-7) are less than 10 points; 4. Agree to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Twin or multiple pregnancies; 2. Diabetes mellitus complicated with pregnancy; 3. Severe pregnancy complications; 4. Pre-pregnancy complications of significant heart, liver, kidney, blood system, and autoimmune diseases; 5. Have a history of smoking, excessive drinking, or the use of narcotic and toxic drugs; 6.The psychological score in the early stage of pregnancy (PHQ-9 or GAD-7) is greater than or equal to 10 points.
