Interventions

Traditional prosody training group:The subjects in this group willtraditional intonation expression training
Auditory feedback training group:The subjects in this group will receive frequency-altered auditory feedback vocal training.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Prelingually deaf children diagnosed with severe or profound sensorineural hearing loss; 2. Implanted with CI or ABI before the age of 6; 3. Age at follow-up >= 3 years; 4. CI or ABI implantation for more than 1 year; Normal hearing group: 1. Age >= 3 years; 2. Normal hearing and speech development; 3. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese; 4. Normal intelligence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1. Individuals with inner ear malformations (only CI implantation), or those who have undergone a second implantation due to surgical complications; 2. Individuals with other neurological disorders; 3. Individuals with recent cold symptoms. Normal hearing group: Individuals with recent cold symptoms.
