Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient 1. Voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18; 3. Gender: Male/Female; 4. Visited the Department of General Surgery at Southern Hospital between 2025-2026; 5. Patient has been pathologically diagnosed with a malignant tumor and requires chemotherapy. Family Member 1. Voluntarily signs the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18; 3. Gender: Male/Female; 4. The primary caregiver of the patient.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients 1. Patients with cognitive impairment (such as dementia) or mental illness; 2. Patients who have previously participated in similar decision-related studies; 3. Patients deemed by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this study. Family Members 1. Family members who do not have a direct or close kinship with the patient (such as colleagues); 2. Family members who have previously participated in similar decision-related studies.
