Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Female patients who voluntarily participate in this study, aged between 20 and 50 years old, with a history of sexual activity; (2) Assessed by a 3D human body composition analyzer, meeting the diagnostic criteria for acquired pelvic tilt with low back pain; (3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for pelvic floor myofascial pain syndrome, i.e., having myofascial and pelvic floor muscle pain trigger points; (4) No urinary system infections or organic lesions of pelvic organs; (5) No recent (within 6 months) motor system dysfunction (unconfirmed health problems) and with good patient compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) syndromes associated with the central nervous system (CNS) and/or motor system that may cause postural disorders: (2) genetic syndromes, hormonal disorders, neuromuscular disorders, congenital motor system defects; (3) pelvic trauma or surgical history; (4) pregnancy; (5) Those who have participated in other treatments within the past month.
