Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 10 to 14; 2.It meets the diagnostic criteria for tic disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5); 3.First-time onset and no treatment received yet;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Have been diagnosed with other mental disorders, except for obsessive-compulsive disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; 2.People with epilepsy, mental retardation or other neurological diseases and serious diseases of other organs; 3.Allergic to drug; 4.The clinical and laboratory examination data are incomplete;
