Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) A confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus with concomitant diabetic peripheral neuropathy, as determined by hospital records; (2) Age: 40-75 years; (3) Presence of kinesiophobia, defined as a Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia (TSK) score = 37; (4) The patient and/or a family caregiver is able to use a smartphone and WeChat group functions; (5) Willingness to participate in this study and provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with other severe organic diseases; (2)Patients who have undergone major lower-limb surgery within the past three months or who have unhealed ulcers that preclude physical activity; (3)Patients with severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric disorders.
