Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes as stipulated in the 2024 version of "Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Diabetes"; 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot Wagner grade 0; 4. Has a history of foot ulcers in the past, and the condition has healed currently; 5. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude patients with severe skin disorders (such as psoriasis, eczema, skin infections, etc.) that affect the measurement of the skin barrier; 2. Exclude patients with severe lower extremity vascular lesions due to diabetes (ABI < 0.4), severe liver and kidney dysfunction, significant organ dysfunction, major organic diseases or terminal-stage tumors; 3. Exclude patients with severe mental disorders, cognitive impairments, or language disorders.
