Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for AR with or without AA; 2.Positive dust mite skin prick test, and serum allergen detection showing Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus/Dermatophagoides farinae >0.35 IU/L; 3. Age >5 years, undergoing regular SCIT at our hospital's desensitization center; 4.The child has no mental or intellectual impairments; 5.The child and parents are informed and have provided consent to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute exacerbation of asthma; 2.The child has intellectual and cognitive impairments, lacks compliance, or is unable to cooperate or tolerate due to underlying diseases, psychological factors, etc. 3.The child has severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, immune disorders (including autoimmune diseases and immunodeficiency diseases), malignant diseases, or chronic infectious diseases; 4.The family members of the child are unable to understand the risks and limitations of the treatment.
