Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years; 2. Hip fracture confirmed by clinical presentation and imaging examinations; 3. Follow-up of at least 2 years; 4. Complete clinical data available; 5. Unilateral fracture resulting from low-energy trauma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received conservative (non-operative) treatment; 2. Multiple fractures or injuries; 3. Open or pathological hip fractures; 4. Insufficient medical records or loss to follow-up.
