Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Demographic characteristics: The study subjects are limited to males or females aged >=18 years, including patients with osteoporosis and healthy individuals. 2. Imaging requirements: The quality of phased-array CT images must be good, without obvious artifacts, and capable of accurately analyzing bone microstructure. Compliance: Patients must be able to cooperate to complete phased-array CT scans and establish a complete health record.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skeletal system abnormalities, such as osteomalacia and other bone metabolic diseases. 2. Developmental abnormalities: congenital skeletal dysplasia and acquired skeletal deformities.
