Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) admitted to the sleep center of the respiratory department of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University 2. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent, and can complete at least 1 year of follow-up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with obstructive sleep apnea already receiving non-invasive positive pressure ventilation 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Patients with severe respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation 4. Patients with severe concomitant damage to the heart, lung, liver, kidney, or central nervous system 5. Patients who refuse to participate in follow-up and/or provide biological samples

Laboratory Assessment: Pulmonary ventilation function, diffusing capacity, respiratory muscle strength, and cardiac function; blood samples were drawn for laboratory tests including complete blood count, liver and renal function panels, BNP, and myocardial enzymes.;Multimodal omics features (immune, metabolic, proteomic differences, and post-treatment changes);Baseline characteristics: demographic data, clinical symptoms, comorbidities, complications, Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) score, laboratory tests, and sleep respiratory monitoring;
