Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For this study, peripheral blood samples from liver transplant recipients and pathological samples from transplant liver needle biopsies were selected during the postoperative follow-up period. (1) Patients who underwent allogeneic liver transplantation at our center; (2) Postoperative elevation of liver function indicators (serum total bilirubin, AST, ALT) and/or poor recovery; (3) Patient age >=18 years and <=80 years; (4) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who had already received pulse steroid therapy or other related anti-rejection/anti-infection treatments prior to blood sample collection; (2) Recipients who had undergone concurrent or subsequent transplantation of other organs besides liver transplantation; (3) Patients who discontinued treatment, were discharged, or died within 24 hours of admission; (4) Patients with incomplete clinical data; (5) Patients who refused to participate in the experiment and did not sign the informed consent form.
