Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first admission is more than 48 hours, and the age is 18–90 years old; 2. Summary of nutritional risk screening scores within 24 hours after admission (NRS2002); 3. Preoperative diagnosis of hilar cholangiocarcinoma through various imaging, underwent radical HCCA resection, and complete postoperative related clinical outcome data; 4. Clear clinicopathological and nutritional assessment information is required, and paraffin pathology is clearly diagnosed as bile duct adenocarcinoma; 5. No distant metastatic lesions were found before and during surgery; 6. Did not receive any neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative hospital stay <= 7 days; 2. The patient is pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Paraffin pathology was clearly diagnosed as other tumors (including lower bile duct cancer, ampullary cancer, gallbladder cancer, intrahepatic bile duct cancer); 4. Combined malignant tumors that are incurable in other systems; 5. The preoperative diagnosis is that acute infectious diseases have not been cured; 6. There is an aggravation period of severe blood, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 7. Clearly diagnosed as an autoimmune disease.
