Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients over 60 years old 2.Patients who are scheduled to undergo spinal surgery and whose operation duration is 3 to 5 hours 3.Elderly patients who have no obvious previous medical history in the past 3 months and have not participated in other clinical trials 4. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Condition I and II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There was a history of mental illness and the use of psychotropic drugs before the operation 2.Elderly patients with AD Elderly 3.patients with a history of emergency rescue during the perioperative period.
