Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old; 2. 500 patients who underwent oral CBCT mination for treatment needs from May 2020 to May 2025; 3. All permanent tooth groups (anterior teeth, premolars, and molars); 4. CBCT images must clearly demonstrate characteristics of pulp cavity calcification, including pulp stones (localized), diffuse calcifications, or root canal narrowing/obliteration (the degree of calcification should be graded according to the American Dental Association (ADA) guidelines: Mild: pulp chamber visible but partially narrowed; Moderate: pulp chamber partially obliterated; Severe: pulp chamber completely obliterated); 5. Continuous cross-sectional images encompassing the complete tooth from crown to apex are required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intraoral restorations; 2. Dental deformities or dentition defects; 3. Crown defects > 1/2. 4. Poor-quality CBCT images with metal artifacts; 5. Teeth with severe structural compromise (extensive caries, crown fractures, or root fractures); 6. Teeth associated with large periapical lesions (exceeding 5 mm in diameter); 7. Teeth that have previously undergone root canal treatment; 8. Teeth with developmental anomalies such as dens invaginatus or abnormal cusps; 9. Third molars and teeth with significant anatomical variations;
