Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >=18 years; 3. No gender restrictions; 4. Meet the guidelines of the "2021 World Health Organization Classification of Tumors of the Central Nervous System" and be clearly diagnosed with a pituitary adenoma through pathological and/or imaging examinations; 5. Have completed transnasal transsphenoidal endoscopic surgery; 6. Be conscious and alert.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other malignant tumors requiring treatment; 2. Have severe diseases of major organs such as the heart, brain, or kidneys; 3. Expected survival of less than 3 months; 4. Deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigator.
