Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for cerebral infarction according to the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke"; 3. No significant visual or hearing impairment; 4. Able to communicate verbally and cooperate with cognitive assessment; 5. Informed and agrees to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a history of psychiatric disorders; 2. Those with concurrent cerebral hemorrhage; 3. Individuals who have previously undergone craniotomy; 4. Those with other central nervous system impairments, such as metabolic encephalopathy or encephalitis; 5. Individuals with severe physical illnesses who cannot complete the assessment independently; 6. Those with drug or alcohol dependence; 7. Individuals already diagnosed with cognitive impairment; 8. Those who have participated in other clinical interventional studies within the past 3 months.
