Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 to 80; 2. Those who have undergone blood sampling and the "Bone metabolism markers" test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of fever (axillary temperature >37.2°C), abnormal blood cell counts, acute liver or kidney dysfunction, acute exacerbation of chronic disease, or systemic diseases such as tumors; 2. Insufficient residual blood sample (<300µL) to perform subsequent ACP-1 testing; 3. Failure to obtain any of the following data: medical history, physical examination findings, serological data, or bone mineral density measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA).
