Interventions

A Group:Intravenous infusion of 100 mL of 10% glucose solution (containing 10 g glucose) 10 minutes before anesthesia
Control group:Intravenous infusion of 100 mL of isotonic saline 10 minutes before anesthesia

20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-35, undergoing elective cesarean section, with a height ranging from 155-172cm and a weight between 50-90kg, at a gestational age of >=37 weeks, carrying a single fetus, and following a routine fast and water deprivation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes mellitus, abnormal glucose tolerance, fetal distress in utero, suspected massive hemorrhage (with placenta previa, placental abruption).
