18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years; diagnosed with femoral head necrosis, with imaging staging of ARCO I–IIIA; 2. Consented to receive SVF injection treatment; signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Combined with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, hematological diseases, and infectious diseases; contraindications for surgery and related treatments; recently received other interventions affecting the treatment of femoral head necrosis; follow-up less than 12 months, except for patients who received THA within 12 months postoperatively, still included in the study.
