Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who plan to undergo surgery under general anesthesia and tracheal intubation in a lateral position; 2.Age range: 18-65 years old; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 4.Have a clear understanding of the experimental process and voluntarily participate, and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with known or assessed difficult airways; 2.Patients with obvious indications of DMV before surgery; 3.Merge severe systemic diseases such as heart and lung diseases; 4. Preoperative severe hypertension; 5.History of mental or neurological disorders ; 6.inability to communicate effectively or refusal to participate in research.
