18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age> 18 years; 2.Meets the WHO diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by MRI/CT as unilateral cerebral hemisphere stroke, with a history of more than 6 months post-stroke; 3.Presence of dysphagia as assessed by the Dysphagia Outcome and Severity Scale (DOSS) (defined as a DOSS score < 5 points); 4. Clear consciousness and able to cooperate with assessments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other neurological diseases (such as Parkinson's disease, dementia); 2. History of head and neck cancer or radiotherapy; 3.History of epileptic seizures; 4.Presence of metal implants (e.g., ventricular shunt, metal stents, cochlear hearing aids, cardiac pacemakers, etc.); 5. Unstable vital signs, severe cardiopulmonary diseases, structural abnormalities in the head and neck region, etc.
