Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children presenting for the first time with a primary complaint of voiding and/or defecation dysfunction; 2. Aged 6–14 years; 3. Both child and parent/guardian have given written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary-tract infection, neurogenic bladder, hypospadias, hydronephrosis, or other congenital/structural urological anomalies; 2. Spinal-cord injury or any neurological disorder affecting bladder or bowel function; 3. Parents with language barriers or cognitive impairment that precludes communication, and children with severe cognitive impairment; 4. Previous bladder or bowel surgery, or use of anticholinergic/voiding-modifying drugs (e.g., oxybutynin, tolterodine) or bowel-regulating agents within the past month.
