Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 2023 ACC/AHA/ACCP/HRS Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Atrial Fibrillation, and the disease duration is more than 3 months; 2.Age >= 18 years old, able to communicate normally; 3.Decline in cognitive function, with a score of <=25 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA); 4.The body weakness (FRAIL) score is 1 or higher. 5.Voluntary participation and signing of the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Within the past three months, have undergone open-heart surgery (such as valve replacement, bypass surgery) or received cardioversion treatment; 2.The clinical diagnosis is dementia. 3.Using alcohol or drugs that affect cognitive functions (such as antihistamines or antipsychotic drugs); 4.Combined with severe visual/hearing impairments, unable to cooperate with cognitive training; 5.Have a history of Parkinson's disease, schizophrenia or epilepsy; 6.Has undergone neurosurgery or has a history of brain tumors.
