Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >=18 years; 2.Diagnosis of pulmonary thromboembolism in accordance with relevant guidelines; 3.Time from onset to diagnosis <=14 days; 4.Risk stratification classified as intermediate-low risk, intermediate-high risk, or high-risk pulmonary thromboembolism; 5.Written informed consent obtained from the study subject or their legal representative;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with a previous diagnosis of venous thromboembolism without evidence of recurrence; 2. Individuals unable to undergo electrocardiogram monitoring due to chest surgery, local skin lesions, allergies, or other reasons; 3. Individuals unable to complete follow-up due to illness or living conditions; 4. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment or inability to cooperate with the study procedures.
