Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria (obese pregnant women group): 1. BMI >=30kg/m^2 and signed anaesthesia consent and informed consent form 2. Age 18-45 years old 3. ASA classification II-III 4. Proposed elective caesarean section Inclusion criteria (non-obese pregnant women group): 1. signed anaesthesia consent and informed consent form 2. Age 18-45 years old 3. ASA classification II-III 4. Intended to undergo elective caesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. allergy to vasoactive drugs 2. patients with preoperative hypertension or eclampsia 3. Under-monthly mothers 4. Patients with obvious hepatic or renal insufficiency before surgery. 5. Mothers with severe thrombocytopenia 6. Mothers with ASA grade IV or above 7. Mothers with severe systemic diseases of the foetus before surgery.
