Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for scoliosis (Cobb angle >= 40°) and requires surgical treatment; (2) Aged 14–60 years; (3) Conscious and able to cooperate with questionnaire completion; (4) Signed informed consent form. 2. Family member: (1) The main caregiver of the patient (caring for the patient at least 3 days per week); (2) Aged 18 years or older; (3) Conscious and able to participate in interviews; (4) Signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients: (1) With severe heart, lung, or brain diseases (such as congenital heart disease, severe asthma); (2) Pregnant women, or those with mental disorders (such as schizophrenia, severe depression); (3) Unable to cooperate with data collection (such as cognitive impairment). 2. Family members: (1) With a history of mental disorders; (2) Unable to participate in full follow-up (such as long-term business travel).
