Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: > 3 years old 2.No organic ocular lesions 3.No history of ocular surgery 4.Able to cooperate with all examinations in this study 5.The guardians of the pediatric patients voluntarily sign the informed consent form 6.Clinically diagnosed with ametropia, anisometropia, intermittent exotropia, or amblyopia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other organic ocular diseases 2.History of ocular surgery 3.Systemic developmental abnormalities 4.Unable to cooperate with the required examinations 5.Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
