Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing gastrostomy at Hangzhou First People’s Hospital (City North Campus) from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients without a diagnosis of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS); 2.The gastrostomy was not performed under the guidance of painless electronic gastroscopy.
