Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Short-distance Adjustment Group: Age >= 18 years;Stable refractive status (change = 2000 cells/mm²;Anterior chamber depth (ACD) >= 2.80 mm;Short-distance adjustment of ICL position (angle between the ICL central axis and the incision central axis = 18 years;Stable refractive status (change = 2000 cells/mm²;Anterior chamber depth (ACD) >= 2.80 mm;Medium- to long-distance adjustment of ICL position (angle between the ICL central axis and the incision central axis > 30 degrees);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Short-distance Adjustment Group: Inclusion Criteria:Iris pigment dispersion;History of ocular diseases, ocular surgery, or trauma;Systemic diseases with ocular manifestations;Medium- to long-distance adjustment of ICL position (angle between the ICL central axis and the incision central axis > 30 degrees); 2.Medium- to Long-distance Adjustment Group:Iris pigment dispersion;History of ocular diseases, ocular surgery, or trauma;Systemic diseases with ocular manifestations;Short-distance adjustment of ICL position (angle between the ICL central axis and the incision central axis <= 30 degrees);
