Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18-65 years old, having sexual life; (2) High-risk HPV infection and high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) confirmed by pathology after conization; (3) Negative pregnancy test; (4) Not use other cervical drugs in the past 3 months; (5) Good compliance and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Less than 18 or more than 65 years old; (2) In pregnancy or lactation; (3) Allergic to study drug; (4) Patients with surgical contraindications (such as severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases) or cervical cancer; (5) Patients with immunosuppressive agents or with immune system diseases or malignant tumors; (6) Patients with acute genital tract inflammation; (7) Not sign informed consent.
