Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 60 years 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Community-Acquired Pneumonia in Adults (2016 Edition)" 3. The subject or their legal representative agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent form 4. Alert and cooperative, with basic literacy and communication ability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With severe organ dysfunction or immune-related disease 2. With acute or chronic infection in other tissues or organs 3. With tuberculosis 4. Long-term use of glucocorticoids 5. With malignant tumor 6. With hearing impairment and/or speech dysfunction 7. With consciousness or psychiatric disorders preventing communication
