The healthy-side stimulation group:iTBS stimulation on the healthy-side and physiotherapy intervention

30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The first stroke occurred and met the diagnostic requirements of the "China Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Cerebrovascular Diseases"; (2) 30 Years <= age <=80 years; course of disease is between 2 weeks and 6 months; (3) The score of FMA-UE <=31 points and Brunnstrom stage of affected upper limb and hand stage I-IV; (4) The condition is stable and can cooperate to complete the test; (5) Clear consciousness, no obvious cognitive impairment or aphasia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Cranial defects; (2) Previous history of epilepsy and contraindications for treatment such as metal implants and cardiac pacemakers; (3) Patients with severe cognitive impairment cannot cooperate with completing the trial or patients with severe aphasia cannot communicate; (4) Bone and joint diseases or other causes of upper limb dysfunction.
