Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient must be diagnosed with systemic lupus erythematosus and systemic vasculitis. The age limit at the time of enrollment is under 40 years old, and there is no gender restriction. There were no cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases involved in the study at the time of enrollment; 2. Be able to understand the research-related questionnaires; 3. At the time of enrollment, there were no traditional high-risk factors for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, such as smoking and drinking, obesity, hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has two or more rheumatic diseases. 2. The patient has other diseases with a higher risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, thromboangiitis obliterans, etc. 3. Over 40 years old; 4. Unable to understand the research-related questionnaires; 5. At the time of enrollment, the patient had been diagnosed with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases related to the study;
