Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children with ASD: Aged 6-12 years, showing developmental abnormalities as assessed by a behavioral development physician, meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ASD, and confirmed with tools such as ADOS, CARS, SRS, ABC, and M-CHAT; 2. Children with ADHD: Aged 6-12 years, showing developmental abnormalities as assessed by a behavioral development physician, meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD, and confirmed with tools such as the Vanderbilt scale and the Child Difficulty Questionnaire; 3. Children with comorbid ASD and ADHD: Aged 6-12 years, showing developmental abnormalities as assessed by a behavioral development physician, meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for both ASD and ADHD, and confirmed with tools such as ADOS, CARS, SRS, ABC, M-CHAT, Vanderbilt scale, and the Child Difficulty Questionnaire.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other known severe neuropsychiatric disorders, chromosomal, genetic metabolic diseases, and other major physical diseases, such as visual and auditory impairments, epilepsy, phenylketonuria, tuberous sclerosis, neurofibromatosis, severe traumatic brain injury, etc.; 2. Guardians unwilling to participate in the study.
