Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirmed main duct IPMN who are either unwilling or unable to undergo surgical resection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unable to lie flat and/or tolerate the procedure; 2. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 3. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal failure; 4. History of other malignant tumors or prior antitumor therapy; 5. History of previous pancreatic surgery.
