Interventions

Mixed diet pattern + exercise intervention group:Mixed dietary pattern (low-carbohydrate for 2 weeks + energy restriction for 4 weeks + low-carbohydrate for 2 weeks + energy restriction for 4 weeks) +
participants are instructed to wear heart rate monitoring devices themselves, and during concentrated time periods, brisk walk for half an hour)
low-carbohydrate diet pattern + exercise intervention group:Low-carbohydrate diet pattern (12 weeks, with carbohydrate proportion at 45%, protein at 25%, and fat at 30%) + exercise intervention group
energy-restricted balanced diet pattern + exercise intervention group:Energy balance dietary pattern (all 1200 kcal, reducing daily intake by 500 kcal compared to target, with carbohydrates accounting
pure exercise intervention group:The simple exercise intervention group (self-selected 5 days per week for 30 minutes of brisk walking during concentrated time periods at moderate target heart rate),

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 65 years old; meets the diagnostic criteria in the 'International Expert Consensus on Metabolic-Associated Fatty Liver Disease' (based on hepatic steatosis, as determined by liver biopsy histology, imaging, or blood biomarker testing), and simultaneously satisfies one of the following three conditions: overweight/obesity, type 2 diabetes, or >=2 manifestations of metabolic dysfunction (lean or normal-weight type).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Merge other liver disease patients; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. History of Weight Loss Drug Use; 4. Those with impaired heart, lung, and kidney function.
