Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of CRO infection (The presence of CRO infection is confirmed by microbial culture results, next-generation sequencing results or metagenomic sequencing results. CRO infection refers to carbapenem-resistant Enterobacteriales (CRE) and carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA).);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years old; 2. CRO colonization or contamination; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4.Allergic to ß -lactam or colistin; 5. Confirmed carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection;
