Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Select 66 male runners with a marathon best performance of no less than 3:30 or a half-marathon performance of no more than 1:45 within the past three years, who have undergone long-term systematic training, as the elite group; 2. Select 66 male runners with a marathon performance of no more than 4:30 or a half-marathon performance of no more than 2:15 within the past three years, who have consistently trained over the long term, as the advanced group (the above results must be supported by race completion certificates).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of organic diseases; 2. Recent injuries affecting normal training and daily work/life; 3. Training and endurance levels not meeting requirements; 4. Serving as an official pacer.
