45 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 45 and 79 years; 2. Experiencing knee pain; 3. Possessing basic reading and writing skills and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with severe knee OA requiring joint replacement surgery within the next 6 months; 2. Individuals with contraindications to MRI, such as those with a pacemaker, artificial metallic valves or corneas, history of aneurysm clipping, intraocular metallic foreign bodies, or claustrophobia (applicable only to participants undergoing MRI); 3. Women who are confirmed pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or currently breastfeeding; 4. Individuals with primary diseases such as hepatic disorders, hematological diseases, or autoimmune diseases; 5. Participants with malignancies or psychiatric disorders; 6. Individuals with other severe comorbidities and a life expectancy of less than one year; 7. Individuals with poor compliance who are unable to attend regular follow-ups; 8. Participants diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or other inflammatory arthritides.
