Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled to undergo urological endoscopic surgery under general anesthesia 2.Aged >= 65 years 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?–? 4.Body mass index (BMI) ranging from 18 kg/m² to 30 kg/m²
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient declined to participate in the study 2. Allergy to dexmedetomidine, lidocaine, esketamine, and other drugs in this study 3. Long-term ß-blocker therapy, preoperative bradycardia HR<50bpm, with second or third degree atrioventricular block 4. Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <40% 5. History of intracranial hemorrhage or intracranial aneurysm 6. Use sedatives or painkillers before surgery 7. Chronic kidney or liver failure 8. Presence of language disorders, severe hearing or vision defects, etc 9. Previous history of neurological and psychiatric disorders, including Alzheimer's disease or other types of dementia or psychosis
