Conditions

Benign or low-grade malignant mandibular tumors

Interventions

Control group:Mirror imaging of the contralateral healthy mandible was used to reconstruct the mandibular model, facilitating single-layer MMF grafting with simultaneous implant placement. The process
obtaining intraoral and occlusal scan data using an intraoral digital scanner
simulating mandibular resection, fibula flap shaping and positioning, implant placement, and prosthetic restoration
mirror copying and fitting adjustment of the morphology and position of the contralateral normal mandible
3D printing a resin model and pre-bending titanium plates
designing and printing mandibular osteotomy guides, fibula osteotomy and shaping guides (including implant sleeves).
Trial group:Virtual reconstruction based on 3D mandibular measurements for assisted folded fibular graft transplantation with simultaneous implant placement. Specifically: acquire CBCT and CTA data, i
obtain intraoral and occlusal scans using an intraoral digital impression scanner
simulate mandibular resection, folding and shaping of the fibular flap, implant placement, and prosthodontic rehabilitation
measure precise parameters including FH-MP, Co-Go, Go-Me, GoR-GoL, and GoR-Me-GoL and integrate them into the model
determine folding method (double-layer or one-and-a-half layer) based on mandibular height, occlusal space, and fibular height
update the model and align it with the precision model
3D print resin models and pre-bend titanium plates
design and print mandibular osteotomy guides, fibular osteotomy and shaping guides (with implant sleeves).
