Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between 18 and 65 years old, regardless of gender, who have been diagnosed with ONFH through MRI examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe primary diseases who are not suitable for participating in this study; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; patients with allergic constitutions and multiple drug allergies; 3. Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT or AST levels exceeding twice the upper limit of normal in liver function tests, creatinine or urea nitrogen levels exceeding the upper limit of normal in kidney function tests), hematological disorders, severe gastrointestinal diseases, and severe underlying diseases of the nervous system and central nervous system; 4. Patients with bleeding tendencies or vascular insufficiency; 5. Patients not suitable for MRI examinations (claustrophobia, those with pacemakers, metal intrauterine devices, etc.); 6. Other conditions considered unsuitable for participation in this study by the researchers.
